The Sandton towers project is an affordable high-rise housing development, located in the financial hub of Sandton CBD. The site is well connected and accessible via multiple forms of transport due to its central location, with the Gautrain station within a 5-minute walking distance. The proposed development consists of two towers with a total of 2500 sectional title residential units, a parkade and a small retail component. The residential towers will be one of the tallest buildings in the area and will be prominent on the Sandton skyline.
